Our pre sales team will work with you to design a critical part to successfully deliver your specific program without any hassle or surprises. During the pre sales stage we cover everything from design processes where our design team will transform your ideas into computer generated digital mock ups through to prototyping. Once the customer is satisfied with the artwork and samples an invoice is raised and we then proceed to post sales.

A dedicated account manager will be assigned to your account will oversee all elements of the pre and post sales process. We believe our customers to be our partners and part of our family. as opposed to being simply clients.
Once artwork has been approved our production team will report directly to your project manager to produce a range of prototypes for your approval. Once approved – we are ready for bulk production.
Our post sales stage delivers on the agenda laid out by the pre sales team. By this point all artwork, sizing and prototyping have been approved and you are in the hands of our production facilities who have over 15 years manufacturing experience, working with some of the most iconic events on Earth. Once production is completed we manage the distribution to any nominated warehouse … which provides a stress and hassle free delivery.
Your approved artwork and samples will now move in to bulk production. Customers are required to place a deposit prior to production commencing.
Once bulk production is completed, each garment is then individually bagged, pressed and packaged. We use recycled packaging as well as normal packaging. Clients have the option to customize all elements of the packaging including neck labels. hang tags etc.
We have partnered with leading forwarding agencies and offer logistical solutions throughout the USA. Australia, Europe and Asia. Our logistics team manage all forwarding to create a headache free delivery.
